the tip share takes like ten dollars plus three more on weekdays which leaves you with like 3 something dollars in week nights

Good money, fun atmosphere, good for getting your feet under you in the food service world

Cons

Management can be hard to read, favoritism definitely occurs. Not always the most flexible with time off.
