Pros
There are some great brand names to work for, exciting activities to participate into, lots of people to meet, places to travel and lots of free beer (of course)
Cons
Shabby and very dirty offices, ignorant and arrogant senior management who think they know all and have absolute opinions even when they know shite about something, no feedback whatsoever given about your performance (not even on paper!), micromanagement from top management (ever got a report you've written back with typo corrections in red ink??), low wages, no chances of promotion whatsoever
