Pros

Good salary, opportunity to work with intelligent people, go to parties and to travel.

Cons

Although I enjoyed working there at the time, I have to say there was one thing that bothered me very much: It was the lack of diversity of ideas. They say they support diversity, as long as you think exactly the same they think. One "wrong" opinion that was not aligned with their political view (leftist) could be a reason for dismissing you. I worked with some people that clearly were not competent enough but we had to pretend it was ok, otherwise, you could be fired if the person plays the victim. The people's "feelings" would be always more important regardless of the facts.
