Pros

Good Salary You will probably learn best pratices of programming, because there are some of very skilled people Travels Great add-on to anyone resume Diverse envinroment

Cons

I feel that doing things for the diversity area is more recognized than delivering value to consumers. Some areas and people responsibilities are bad organized and sometimes your problems are not solved, unless you strive too much to make it happen. You can be stuck on a bad project for months/years. You really need to know how to be self-managed and act politically if you want to grow. As the company is aiming on having more diversity (genre, race, etc) the tech expertise of new hires decreased a bit.
