Still with some good software engineering best practices.
Cons
You are hired as a middle developer consultant, sold to clients as a senior developer consultant, and work as a technical lead (still with middle developer salary, in the lowest pay range). Career & salary growth is almost impossible.. they also stop you from taking vacations so that they can get more money. They also claim to be inclusive and diverse, but they are paying lower salaries for these people.
