Pros
Even with challenging and complex problems to solve, both internally and as client consultants, it was a wonderful company to work for due to its culture of valuing people. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case.
Cons
- Over the past few years, the company has faced significant challenges, leading to layoffs. There is now a lingering perception that further layoffs could happen at any time. - In an effort to regain profitability, the company is actively chasing market trends, such as returning to in-office work. - Most of people lost their unique corage to discuss difficult matters, maybe because they don't feel safe anymore.
