Leaving before 7pm is considered too early - People are promoted based on numeric results, which leads to Managers who don't actually know how to manage people - Ruthless to employees, customers, vendors, franchisees. There is no relationship-based operations, it's simply down to numbers and the bottom line - You have NO perks. You won't be given a single thing - no pens, pencils or notebooks. Even at a "Lunch & Learn" with the President, you're required to bring your own lunch.... - Pay/benefits is very low. Bonus % is very high (30%) but if you don't hit your KPIs (or MBOs) for whatever reason, your base is a joke.
