Pros
If you have a good, stable team that communicates well and is well trained, it's a good experience
Cons
Most of the time I've been working for this restauraunt we've been pulling in massive waves of new people every few months, with no standardized training given to any new employee. The management either doesn't care about procedure, leaving the staff set up to fail, or they rigidly follow the rules to a T, ignoring the fact that most people weren't trained, once again setting the staff up for failure. I've seen 5 managers in the last 11 months and the rate at which they've been coming and going has astonished me. Overall it is an extremelyunstable environment and pays minimum wage with no opportunity for growth. Also sporadic hours only available a week at a time, good luck making any plans, ever.
