Pros
Tips were good, staff was usually good to be around. Management was fairly flexible on hours, especially for part time staff.
Cons
Worked very hard for minimum wage. If you were good at your job they piled more responsibility on, for no more pay. Owner would yell and scream at staff in front of customers, over issues of little consequence.
