Pros
-Free uniforms -Flexible hours -You typically make 5-10 dollars in tips -Free doughnuts/cookies/muffins/coffee and a 60% discount on everything else (not sure if this is the same at every location) -Health and dental benefits -They work around your school or personal schedule -Easy to pick up more hours
Cons
-The 8 hours of orientation videos to watch -When you start off, you will be doing nothing but sweeping the parking lot, emptying garbage bins, and cleaning bathrooms (but, that's how it is at any fast-food place) -Since the employees are often high-school to college age, things can be very cliquey -Uniforms are obscenely uncomfortable (especially should you find yourself working next to the toaster) -You might only know your schedule for the next four days so planning your life around work might be difficult (I would only find out if I was working Saturday the day before)
