Business Outlook
Pros
The management is well established and organized. Training is provided before you can start through online modules, and then you learn on hand. The working environment was always fun and focused! And I really enjoyed that you get regular customers, you can really get to know them this way.
Cons
The only con I can think of is getting time-off can be a bit difficult as these establishment are always busy. If your good at what you do they want you there most of the time! :) Not really a con but it can be for your work-life balance.
