Was a great place to work before the takeover by 3G.

Read all the reviews for Heinz and BK, that is what the work culture is starting to become at Tims. Work life balance is non-existent, be prepared to respond to emails in the evening and to work on weekends. Also, don't be surprise if people are backstabbing you behind your back to get that promotion. Management doesn't care about its employees, franchisees or customers, its all about earning another buck.
