Pros
My coworkers are awesome. They're great people to be with in and outside of work. Most of the time the job is fast paced and requires a lot of time management skills and coordination. I find it challenging, but enjoyable. Some of the customers are fantastic too.
Cons
There is a lot of gossip among my coworkers. As many good employees we have, we have terrible ones. Our management team has all of their best friends working at our store with them, which creates a lot of drama. The manager is bad at ordering for the truck so we're constantly running out of things we need. It's pretty common that we run out of paper towel or hand soap. The shift switch over between the morning shift and afternoon is handled very poorly. We do not have nearly enough bodies on the afternoons most days to make the shift run smoothly.
