Very poor training. Like I said, apparently there's an employee discount, but I wasn't even told. I also wasn't told what free drinks I'm allowed or the policy. This extends to more important things as well, such as how to ring certain things up, having a dedicated trainer and not leaving you alone on your first day, not even having dedicated roles "Hey, you were just on drive through for the last 30 minutes, but I now expect you to jump right in, knowing what orders still need to be filled even though we pass half filled orders out the window, even though you will probably have to jump off to take a drive through order in 30 seconds" Basically, everyone would just run around trying to fill what was needed instead of just sticking to their roles, causing wasted time and confusion.
