      Great company for working remotely - Communications Specialist Toptal Employee Review

      Pros

      Overall communication is great - you can easily reach out to anyone. The leader of my team is great! You can always talk openly with her and she's always understanding if you make a mistake or need help. I also love the flexibility of my hours and being able to work from home (or anywhere else with a good internet connection). Taking vacation days is easy too.

      Cons

      Sometimes things feel disorganized but there's always something new happening; some kind of project to make things better. Toptal is growing quickly, so I guess that's normal.

      Pros

      Toptal has been my favorite place to work so far! • The flexibility of remote work is amazing. • I’ve had the chance to work with fantastic clients. • The internal team is supportive, talented, and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can take a bit longer to find a new engagement if you’re looking for opportunities in Asian time zones. In my experience, Europe and the Americas tend to have more opportunities and faster matching.

Always Real Job not a Job where person working as Freelancer to some international client and post job which you do during your parttime.
