Pros
Anyone manager level or lower will enjoy the young fun environment. The pay is decent and remote work is great. It is very much a start up environment where proper rules and processes do not exist, so if you do not like working for an established company, you may enjoy the wild ride.
Cons
Corrupt unqualified senior leaders abuse and belittle anyone who is skilled that dares to disagree with them. The senior leadership team is highly toxic and feels like highschool where if you tow the line, you might be fine, but if you are faced with making tough decisions or are more skilled than your executive leaders, they will make working there impossible. They also take the start up mentality too far and basically think following laws are just a suggestion.
