Fast paced with an accountability to all mindset. For someone who’s focused on the outcome, Trajan can be a great place that anyone in any role can make a significant impact. Hard work and results are recognized and rewarded. Upper management is open to new ideas and gives autonomy to execute.

Not a great fit for someone who’s just looking to float under the radar.

The pay and benefits seemed attractive at first, with a decent salary and company-paid medical coverage. It quickly became clear that this was just a lure to trap employees into a nightmare.

Executive leadership is obsessed with growth and revenue, but the staff beneath them bear the full weight of their ambition. Incoming accounts and clients pile on an impossible workload, and asking for help only makes things worse. Requests for support are ignored, deadlines are tightened, and employees are forced to work even longer hours. Morale plummets as frustration and exhaustion take over. The environment is toxic beyond measure. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, blatant favoritism, and constant gaslighting are rampant. Employees are exploited and abused for simply trying to meet leadership’s unreasonable expectations. Hard work is met with zero acknowledgment or appreciation. This place is a true corporate nightmare, and anyone aware of what goes on here would steer far away.
