Pros
A growing company with a great, clearly defined vision and forward thinking strategy. They place a large emphasis on the satisfaction of their employees, and the work environment is great. A lot of good people there. There are several career paths that can be followed.
Cons
The software infrastructure needs to be updated. Different solutions use their own specific software which is not always compatible with current technology.
