TransUnion Response
7yThanks for taking time to share your thoughts. I'm glad to hear you think TransUnion is a great place to work - I have to say, I really love our company and our people too. Career development is a priority area for us at TU, and we'll continue to look for ways to ensure associates feel like they have the tools and support to grow their careers here. If you haven't already, I encourage you to take advantage of the resources we do offer - our resident career advisor hosts regular career programs and provides one-on-one coaching. Earlier this year, we also invested in LinkedIn Learning, which is a fantastic tool to learn new skills. Stay tuned for more career initiatives that we're currently working on. If there's anything you'd like to share about how our teams could work more collaboratively together, I would like to hear your thoughts and welcome you to directly reach out to me. - Anne Leyden, EVP HR
