Not fair compensation Every year something is cheapened or taken from employee benefits The top 1% on the food chain gets massive bonuses while the rest of the employees get crumbs. People gate keep information in order to keep their jobs Will not fire bad managers due to family ties in the company

We have recently restructured our benefits package to be more in line with market offerings and to standardize our offerings. We include every employee in the annual employee incentive bonus program and include all employees in the employee stock purchase program, with a global rollout in progress.
