Pros
Non-management personnel are terrific, and there are very few people I don't respect. The pay is ok, benefits are good. I have a great supervisor, but it wasn't always like that. I love to interact with customers and build solid business relationships with them.
Cons
Too many layers of middle-management chair warmers without people skills, particularly in customer service and support packaging. They keep track of every millisecond you are away from your desk, even if you are in the bathroom.
