One of the unique things about working at UL Solutions is that we get to see new products before they hit the market. Our customers are some of the biggest and most beloved brands, and they trust us to keep their new products in a secure environment to ensure confidentiality until their products officially launch. This requires our labs and lab employees to work under strict guidelines, like keeping belongings secured. For those working in our labs, that work is hands-on testing, requiring employees to be onsite five days a week to run those crucial safety tests. Across the organization, we have some roles that are fully remote and many others that are hybrid.
