Pros
Good company, benefits are good, great opportunity to meet people in companies you would visit and learn about multiple products with the UL Mark
Cons
Performance appraisal system in the company is a waste of time, hours spent justifying the work you have done to be ranked in the middle (3), if you don't make the income goal your ranked a (2). Too many requirements, procedures and process improvements meant to make the job easier, but its the opposite. Work/ life balance is not good, expect to work on your days off to keep up. Promotion potential is limited. Career opportunities is more work and not necessarily a promotion.
