Pros
The people who work in entry-level positions at the CRCs are super passionate and eager to learn. If a workplace community is what you're looking for, then the people are one of the best reasons to work in the CRCs specifically.
Cons
The pay for specialist positions and up is nowhere near the market median. You'll wear an abundance of hats and only get paid for one of them. Management often seems tone-deaf to employee needs. They also preach transparency but then offer no insight to reasons for high-impact changes to company processes and infrastructure.
