      - Some good people - Benefits - Good location

      Cons

      - Poor pay compared to wider market - Lack of transparency - Decision making is dated - What’s been leaked about Ubisoft in recent years is not the end of the story. Unfortunately, a case of serious bullying/harassment from a member of management occurred at Future games over a prelonged period of time. Entire teams came and left due to their actions before it was addressed. The punishment? Extended time off and re-employment at another Ubisoft studio.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
