      Too casual, some people nearly not working Big gaps between colleagues in salaries (probably) and motivation Heavy processes Huge technical debt Little documentation on internal engines and processes

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
