      You will know lots of talented artist. Perfect working environment. You could play games at anytime. People are friendly.

      Average level salary. I think that is all, too many people want to apply for these jobs.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
