      - You get to work on well known IPs - Having worked at Ubisoft will help you progress in your career

      Cons

      - Most boring place I have ever worked at - Not much innovation - Not the brightest team - Lots of different nationalities - High cost of living and low salaries - Some of the direct managers are rude

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
