Pros
Univar offers a 401K, a good salary, and a safe work environment for employees. The chemical industry is a solid industry.
Cons
I've found there is limited room for growth in some departments, and ever since the new CEO took over, they macro manage everything. We even have to back our cars into our parking spaces. In addition, Univar rarely sets up events to build employee morale and recognize employees for their hard work. Office is also similar to high school (gossip, harassment, cliches, etc.) and upper management disregards it.
