      -Fast paced environment. You work independently with goals to achieve. -Weekly rituals: Demo Friday -Work with multicultural teams/people

      Cons

      -They talk about a culture, but in reality they only think about hitting the financial numbers without worrying about the employees. -This is evidenced by a high voluntary and involuntary turnover. -No work/life balance.
