Pros
- Great for second job (25-30), as some mid management positions are a bit higher than what is being paid in the market, at least in Latam - Brazil team is outstanding, if you get to work with them - There are great professionals who are worth learning from and collaborate with, still.
Cons
- Lack of onboarding for newcomers - No meritocracy for ascensions, it is mostly based on connections with higher management or C-Level - Still manages as a small startup for execution of sales and delivery - Mixbag of qualifications from leadership outside of Brazil, not a place to learn from someone better
