Decent wages for the area, close to home.
Cons
Ownership is not focused on the product here, it is simply an addition to their portfolio, management at all levels are not on the same page and Vale globally have a very poor reputation as employers relating to employees and the communities they operate in. A lot of smoke and mirrors with this company.
