      Pros

      Great wages for the work. Thanks Union. Annual bonus pays most times. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Shift work. went from 12 hour to 8 back to 12. Hard to balance. tasks are repetitive and no gratitude for doing a job done well from line supervision.
