      Good pention decent benefits and ability to make decent money. Safety focused.

      Cons

      Typical mining company doesn’t care for the trades. Miners with no education are compensated more then skilled workers. Try to make everyone happy and in tern is hurting the company as a whole and losing bonuses for production.
