Pros
Growing company - They are exploring in different business that too in India-Chennai. I have never seen layoffs or voluntary resignation even during the market crisis. Process oriented company. Salary will be paid as per the market. Other benefits are good. Specifically they are covering parents in Mediclaim benefit I have seen lot of on-site opportunities and few has moved from Chennai to France, USA even in my team Main point is Management will consider employee feedback during their decision making. In my 5 years with Valeo, I felt they are good and flexible
Cons
Some repeated works in R&D. But that is also changing now. Unfortunately, I am moving to other country(where Valeo is not existed) due to my family commitments.
