      good training opportunity for those starting out, get to meet alot of interesting people from various countries around teh world

      Cons

      very long hours, not alot of understanding of those with families, expectations are unrealistic of peoples abilities to get the job done in the time alloted

      Pros

      Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

      Cons

      Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
