Pros
Some great staff in production, health insurance, pension scheme, decent pay, no major traffic, good parking
Cons
It literally doesnt matter how much hard work you put in or how good you are at your job, you will never be rewarded. They promote from inside the company and base it not on how good you are at your job but how long you have worked there. They wont investigate problems properly leading to ridiculous gross misconduct/misconduct cases in HR with people involved in them that had nothing to do with the issue. Easy way of dismissing people without having to pay out anything when they need to reduce numbers.
