*Good canteen inhouse. *Good parking space for your car/bikes.

*Valeo India run by a bunch of senseless managers. *Donot expect promotions here. *No timely appraisal.2020 appraisal delayed for 6 months and stil management not informing about 2020 appraisal delivery. *Blackmailing people to come back to office when covid cases rising rapidly. *Dont expect professionalism in Valeo India. *Poor salary package considering the company name. *Even if you work hard, you won't get appraised well.People who don't work at all will get better grade in appraisals. If you can't lick your manager's shoes, don't choose Valeo.
