Pros
Salary is good if you're starting out. Flexibility and WFH is okay, but depends on your manager, even though there's "official" company policy.
Cons
Management is a mess. Too many directors/upper management that are lost 80% of the time, and not enough actual team members to do the work. Lack of training. Lack of opportunity for advancement.
