- Very poor managers in wise of the mentality, improvement and ability - Bad hierarchy and organisation - Poor HR - Very low RnD efficiency and project resources are not good enough - No certain job handbook and guidelines - High workload, no work/life balance - No career plans for employees, always static - Employee sugesstions not being taken in to account.
