* Go back to Home on time This is the only pros i could say

This is about the Industrial Team in Building 1 * Toxic Workplace, * No recognition, rewards etc.. * No vision , no career growth, * People who doesn't do work easily promoted as promoting working folks means no one to do the actual work * No one plans any thing .as doing in the last minute only gets the top management attention. so its a messy day - every day
