Jobs I've done so far seem easy enough to catch on quick. People seem mostly pleasant.
Cons
Start off as a "Temp-To-Hire " with a lot of people saying it takes at least 9 months in order to get hired on. Some team leaders emphasize on "Parts per hour" which logically is counter productive if you want quality product.
