Pros
It's a small office and very profitable. Any environment is better with money flowing. Very good benefits. Good retirement plan.
Cons
If you don't have a fancy title (director and above) you're not getting the best of the company. Company has a selfish/I-rule-the-world mindset Local HR is not efficient and you clearly see different companies when travelling. Career is not something easy to develop without a lot of politics.
