The usual start-up woes: - Things change constantly, sometimes without notice - Generally hours aren't too long but depending on your time zone, keeping "core hours" could mean you're working early or late in the day - Making meaningful connections with colleagues virtually can be hard (there are in-person events being scheduled for this year)

Decent money for the work. Good coworkers. Space that work is geared in is mentally engaging.

Management is awful. Nobody in seniority is geared to help employees. They want things accomplished with little documentation, requirements, or proper lines of communication.
