      Knowledgeable and friendly team of BigWorld software engineers

      Cons

      Frequent crunch for quarterly releases due to poor planning and distractions in the office (e.g. parties by HR). The time difference between Australia and US/Europe means mandatory Skype meetings have to be held late at night.

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
