      - Most of the colleagues are intelligence and diligence. - Nice facilities, free food.

      - Average salary. - The recent process change to Large Scale Scrum is a disaster. - Some of the team leaders are terrible, gives low performance ratings to everyone in his team.

      Thanks for sharing your opinion. It is valuable to us. Sorry to hear that your experience was not positive. It seems the observation shared in the review was made some time ago since currently we have got some elements of LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) but we are not following LeSS anymore. There have been several very positive adjustments in the process recently.

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
