Pros

The money’s alright and there’s a decent Christmas party at the end of the year.

Cons

The rivalry and infighting between WG Sydney and WG Austin was a major downer, not to mention a massive road block. WG Austin kept throwing its weight around and undermining WG Sydney at any opportunity. What's worse, WG Sydney's management just bent over and took it. Pathetic.

Hello, My name is Ralph and I work closely with Wargaming’s HR team in Sydney. First and foremost, thank you for sharing your review because it helps us improve as an organization. I’m happy to hear that you were able to enjoy the events our teams put together for the Sydney office since it’s important for us to create an enjoyable culture for everyone at Wargaming. It’s unfortunate to hear that you didn’t have a good experience coordinating with the Wargaming Austin office. Since our work with the Austin Office, there have been quite a few changes. We’ve put in place improvements to improve our current collaborations with different Wargaming teams such as team office visits, regular stand-ups, and improvements to our communication processes. Rest assured, I have notified the HR teams at those locations about your feedback. Thank you again for writing your review. It helps Wargaming continually evolve as an employer. Sincerely, Ralph

Pros

- Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

Cons

- there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
