      Pros

      Good salary. Challenging and complex tasks, modern technologies stack - both open source and enterprise tools. Top qualified engineers. Good possibility to study - there is an access to lots of educational resources, also, we attended international conferences before the COVID.

      Cons

      Too many HRs and non-engineering staff with weird titles and questionable usefulness.

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
