      Pros

      No rush in production. Good medical insurance, good corporative services, some small gifts.

      Cons

      If you are willing to expand your skill set that company is not for you. You will do boring tasks all the time, and work only on “tanks” projects. And also if you are an artist, basically you are treated like a machine, it’s easy to spare you. Wage is below market.

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      Cons

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
