      - ability to work fully remote (b2b) - nice salary - managers are open to you feedback regarding work conditions and try they best to fix any issues

      Cons

      - you don't have any other benefits when working as partner (b2b) but I think it's pretty normal in this type of contract.

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
